From Band 5 to Band 6 working for the NHS, to becoming a Nurse in Charge, Clinical Lead, and Deputy Manager for large privately owned and operated Care Homes, I understand that rookie nurses will always face new challenges. This is because no nurse will ever know everything; it is a constantly evolving pathway of both personal and professional growth.
